The hot water pipeline can be laid in two ways: open laying and concealed laying. Exposed laying refers to the arrangement and installation of hot water pipes along the walls, beams, plates and directions of buildings. There are direct burial laying and non direct burial laying. Direct buried laying is to directly bury the pipeline in the building wall and floor cushion, while non direct buried laying is to lay the pipeline in the basement, trench, technical equipment layer, pipe gallery, pipe gallery and closed roof. Which laying method depends on the nature, scale, grade and feasibility of the building.

Exhaust and drainage measures. Feasible drainage and drainage measures shall be taken for the hot water system. The water distribution main pipe of the upper and lower water supply systems is provided with an air exhaust device at the high level and a drainage device at the low level. The hot water pipeline system shall be provided with measures to compensate the expansion and contraction of the pipeline. The laying slope of hot water horizontal pipe shall not be less than 0.003, and the slope direction is conducive to drainage.

When the hot water pipeline crosses the outer wall with foundation and basement, flexible waterproof casing shall be added; Rigid waterproof casing shall be added when crossing the floor and roof; Set plastic hot water pipes in the dark; FRPP pipes shall be opened without impact. If unavoidable, protective measures shall be taken. Plastic hot water pipes shall not be used for pipes between machine room and equipment room. When connecting pipes, ensure that the two pipes are in a straight line and cannot be twisted. When welding the flange, fix the flange first, and then weld the pipes together to ensure the position of the flange hole.
